Gibt es irgendwas, das KI nicht kann? Songs, Texte, Bilder, tagtäglich prasseln neue Meldungen auf uns ein, in welchen die Leistungen der künstlichen Intelligenz gelobt werden. Darum nutzen wir die Gunst der Stunde und lassen sie die neue Leitung von ZHAW digital interviewen. Du erfährst in diesem Newsletter ausserdem mehr über die Arbeit mit einem Quantencomputer, VR und Data Science Trends. Dieser Einleitungstext wurde übrigens noch von Hand geschrieben. | Rebecca Brauchli ist die neue Leiterin von ZHAW digital. Wir haben ChatGPT aufgefordert, Interviewfragen vorzubereiten. Die KI war allerdings so proaktiv, dass sie sogar die Antworten für Rebecca vorgeschrieben hat. Wie treffgenau die sind, siehst du in diesem Videointerview. |

| DIZH: 1. Outreach Call |
| Hast du eine Idee, wie die Themen und Aktivitäten der DIZH bekannt gemacht werden können? Im ersten Outreach Call des DIZH-Innovationsprogramms werden Projekte gefördert, welche die Sichtbarkeit digitaler Innovationen erhöhen und die Vernetzung der Beteiligten vorantreiben. Du kannst dich ab Mitte Juli bis zum 4. Oktober bewerben und bis zu CHF 50'000 an Fördermitteln erhalten. |

| E-Signatur für Verträge |
| Ab sofort können Verträge an der ZHAW elektronisch unterzeichnet werden. Damit steht eine digitale Alternative zur Handunterschrift bereit. Wie du Zugriff auf die Applikation oder eine Authentifizierung einer qualifizierten Signatur erhältst und was es beim Einsatz zu beachten gilt, steht im News-Beitrag sowie im Self-Service-Portal. |

| Am 18. September startet die neue Durchführung des internationalen Online-Kurses für ZHAW-Mitarbeitende. Thematisiert und erarbeitet werden innovative Formen der digitalen Zusammenarbeit und wichtige Themen der digitalen Bildung in Bezug auf OER, Netzkultur und Kursdesign. |

| Blended Learning Design Praxiskurs |
| Am 5. September startet dieser interne Fortbildungskurs. Neben kurzen theoretischen Inputs ins Thema Blended Learning Design, steht die konkrete praktische didaktische und technische Gestaltung der Lernaktivitäten in Moodle für den eigenen Gebrauch im Fokus. Der Kurs findet online statt in synchronen wöchentlichen Zoom-Meetings und asynchroner Projektarbeit im agilen eduscrum-Setting. |

| Virtuelle Lernumgebungen in der betrieblichen Ausbildung sind vielversprechend, dies zeigt ein DIZH-Projekt der ZHAW und PHZH. Lernende aus der Elektrobranche haben sich auf ihre Abschlussprüfung zusätzlich mit Virtual-Reality-Software vorbereitet und konnten sich um eine Schulnote verbessern. |

| Forschende vom ZHAW Datalab wenden einen Quantencomputer erstmals erfolgreich mit einer neuen Methode in der Praxis an. Mit einem hybriden Ansatz kombinierten sie die Verlässlichkeit von klassischen Computern mit der Fähigkeit von Quantencomputern um komplexe Probleme schnell zu lösen. |

Das LeLa-Forum soll das Thema Lehrkompetenzentwicklung aus verschiedenen Perspektiven ausleuchten. Ein Ziel der Veranstaltung ist es, den Bedarf und die Erfolgsfaktoren für ein Tool zu definieren, welches Dozierende dabei unterstützen soll, ihre didaktisch-methodischen Lehrkompetenzen (und andere überfachliche Kompetenzen) systematisch weiterzuentwickeln.
Neben der Keynote von Herrn Prof. Johannes Wildt (TU Dortmund) werden Vertiefungsworkshops durchgeführt. |

That's why we're seizing the opportunity to interview the new head of ZHAW digital using ChatGPT. In this newsletter, you can also find out more about working with a quantum computer, VR, and data science trends. By the way, this introductory text was still written by hand. But only because we couldn't find the ChatGPT password.
