Was für ein ereignisreicher Start ins neue Jahr! Wir stecken mitten in den Vorbereitungen für unser Halbzeit-Event "Digilog" am 29. Mai. ZHAW digital wird 5 und du bist zu unserem Geburtstag eingeladen. Ausserdem erwarten dich dieses Jahr viele weitere Events, Calls, tolle Projekte und ein neues Gesicht. Unser Gspänli Pascal stellt sich in dem Format vor, das ihm am meisten liegt, in einem Video. Und zu guter Letzt wie versprochen die Auswertung unserer Cybersecurity-Umfrage im letzten Newsletter: knapp über der Hälfte fühlt sich "meistens" im Internet sicher und das Thema Datensicherheit wurde besonders häufig bei den Themen genannt, die beschäftigen. Danke für die Anregungen.

| Grosser Erfolg für WAHZ NEXT |
HR Development und ZHAW digital haben zwischen Oktober 2023 und Januar 2024 die 'Event-Reihe 'WAHZ NEXT – New Ways of Working@ZHAW' erfolgreich pilotiert. Angesichts des positiven Feedbacks freuen wir uns, diese ab Frühjahr 2024 regelmässig fortzuführen.
Euer Engagement ist gefragt! Wir suchen ZHAW-Mitarbeitende und -Expert:innen als Referierende. Falls du (auch als Gruppe) Wissen und konkrete Praxiserfahrungen teilen möchte(s)t, dann melde dich bei uns. |

| MOOC: Anlass und Call |
| Die kreativen Teams hinter den Online-Kursen (MOOCs) der ZHAW freuen sich, dir in entspannter Atmosphäre einen kleinen Einblick hinter die Kulissen der MOOC-Produktion zu geben. Der Anlass bietet nicht nur die Gelegenheit, die verschiedenen Teams persönlich kennenzulernen, sondern auch Fragen zum aktuell laufenden MOOC-Call zu stellen. Schnappe dir noch heute deinen Platz für das Event am 6. März, ab 17 Uhr, inklusive Apéro und einer Roboterbar - das wird ein Spass, den du dir nicht entgehen lassen solltest! |

| Die Initiative ZHAW digital besteht seit 5 Jahren, und sie läuft noch weitere 5 Jahre. Zur Halbzeit möchten wir gemeinsam zurückblicken und einen Blick in die Zukunft werfen. Du bist herzlich zu unserem Jubiläumsanlass am 29. Mai 2024 ab 13 Uhr in Winterthur eingeladen. Dich erwarten ein buntes Programm mit einer Ausstellung, Workshops für Jugendliche und Praxispartner und ein internes Abendprogramm inklusive Live-Voting für neue Projekte. Genaue Infos folgen. |

| Neu @ ZHAW digital: Pascal, Lead Multimedia |
Vom Wirtschaftsstudium in Basel über einen 9-monatigen Auslandaufenthalt in Brasilien, zu einem Filmstudium an der ZHdK in Zürich. Vom Workshopleiter beim Stapferhaus Lenzburg über die Leitung des Videoteams einer (ehemaligen) Schweizer Grossbank zum Regisseur und Storydesigner einer Kommunikationsagentur im Zugestand. Ab jetzt aber: ZHAW digital! Pascal ist das neue Mitglied in unserem Kommunikationsteam. Im Video lernt ihr ihn 'persönlich' kennen.
Nebst Pascal Griesshammer für Multimedia unterstützen euch Bettina Sackenreuther und Johanna Seiwald gerne bei der Kommunikation eurer Projekte. |

| Viele neue geförderte Projekte |
Gratulation an alle, deren Projekte in DIZH- oder ZHAW digital-Ausschreibungen gefördert wurden. Im Rahmen des DIZH Founder-Calls werden vier ZHAW-Projekte gefördert, im Outreach Call sind es drei und im DFF-Call sind es 14 neue geförderte Projekte. Ausserdem starten dieses Jahr 12 Personen ihre DIZH Fellowship.
Aktuell gibt es noch die Möglichkeit, sich bis am 4. April für den DIZH Struktur-Call zu bewerben. In zwei offenen Infoveranstaltungen am 29. Februar (12-13 Uhr; Zoom-Link) und 5. März (16:30-17:30 Uhr; Zoom-Link) beantworten wir Fragen zum Call. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht erforderlich. |

| Einfacher auf Moodle zugreifen? Seit kurzem steht die ZHAW Moodle App in den offiziellen Stores von Apple und Google zum Download zur Verfügung. Unkompliziertes Messaging mit anderen Kursteilnehmenden? Mit Offline-Kursen auf der Berghütte lernen? Mit der ZHAW Moodle App kann die Lernreise unserer Studierenden weitergehen! |

Das Format praktischer und theoretischer Labore wird erforscht, um Einblicke in die Metaphern, die Macht und das Spiel zu erhalten, mit denen Technologie die Hochschulbildung, die Gesellschaft, die Kunst und das Design beeinflusst. Die OER-Community an der ZHAW ist auf über 200 Mitglieder angewachsen. Dies ist ein Grund zur Freude und ein Grund zusammenzukommen, in Workshops zu diskutieren und zu netzwerken. Abgerundet wird die Veranstaltung mit einem Apéro. |

Dear reader,
What an eventful start to the new year! We are in the middle of preparations for our half-time event "Digilog" on 29 May. ZHAW digital is turning 5 and you are invited to our birthday. This year, you can also expect many other events, calls, great projects and a new face. Our new colleague Pascal introduces himself in the format he knows best, in a video. And last but not least, as promised, the results of our cybersecurity survey in the last newsletter: just over half of you feel "mostly" safe on the Internet and the topic of data security was mentioned particularly frequently among the issues that concern you. Thank you for the suggestions.
We look forward to 5 years of future with you.

HR Development and ZHAW digital successfully launched the 'WAHZ NEXT - New Ways of Working@ZHAW' event series between October 2023 and January 2024. Given the positive feedback, we are excited to continue this on a regular basis from spring 2024.

| ZHAW digital has existed for 5 years, and it will continue for another 5 years. At the halfway point, we would like to look back and into the future together. You are cordially invited to our anniversary event on 29 May 2024 from 1 p.m. in Winterthur. There will be a lively programme with an exhibition, workshops for teenagers and practice partners and an internal evening programme including a live voting for new projects. More detailed information will follow. |

From studying economics in Basel to a 9-month stay abroad in Brazil, to studying film at the ZHdK in Zurich. From workshop leader at the Stapferhaus Lenzburg to head of the video team at a (former) major Swiss bank to director and story designer at a communications agency in Zug. But from now on: ZHAW digital! Pascal is the new member of our communications team. Get to know him 'personally' in the video.
In addition to Pascal Griesshammer for multimedia, Bettina Sackenreuther and Johanna Seiwald will be happy to support you with the communication of your projects. |

| Many newly funded projects |
Congratulations to all whose projects are funded in the DIZH or ZHAW digital calls. Four ZHAW projects are funded in the DIZH Founder Call, three ZHAW projects are funded in the Outreach Call and 14 projects are funded in the DFF call. 12 people are starting their DIZH fellowship this year.
Currently, you can apply for the DIZH structure call by 4 April. In two open info events on 29 February (12-1 p.m.; Zoom-Link) and 5 March (4:30-5:30 p.m.; Zoom-Link) we will answer your questions about the call. Registration is not required. |
