| Neuer DIZH-Call |
| Die Digitalisierungsinitiative der Zürcher Hochschulen sucht nach interdisziplinären, hochschulübergreifenden Projekten. Du kannst dich bis zum 12. Oktober bewerben. Im vorherigen Call wurden übrigens 16 Projekte zur Förderung ausgewählt, bei 4 ist die ZHAW im Lead und bei 9 weiteren involviert. Die Chancen stehen also gut! |

| JAMES-Studie: KI im Jugendalltag |
| KI ist für viele Jugendliche längst tägliche Realität. Laut der JAMES-Studie 2024 nutzen bereits 71 % Tools wie ChatGPT – ein Drittel nutzt KI bereits mind. einmal pro Woche. Doch mit den Möglichkeiten geht auch Verantwortung einher: Informationen kritisch zu prüfen, wird zur Schlüsselkompetenz. Wie sicher bewegen sich Jugendliche in der KI-Welt – und was bedeutet das für Schule, Freizeit und Mediennutzung? |

| EduImpulse Day: Motor für gemeinsames Lernen |
| Am 2. Juni versammelten sich über 130 Mitarbeitende beim ersten EduImpulse Day, um Bildung innovativ, interdisziplinär und zukunftsgerichtet zu gestalten. Der Event bot inspirierende Kurzinputs, praxisnahe Workshops, eine Keynote von Rektorin Regula Jöhl und viel Raum für Austausch und Netzwerken. Im Zentrum stand das «gemeinsame Lernen»: Zusammenarbeit, kritisches Denken und die Bereitschaft, neue Wege zu beschreiten. |

| So ein Zufall! |
| Soll der Zufall regieren und beispielsweise die Reihenfolge deiner Prüfungsfragen bestimmen? Aber wirklich der Zufall und ganz transparent? Dann nutze am besten CURBy. Der Generator wurde von Physiker:innen entwickelt und nutzt die Tatsache, dass Photonenpaare einen gemeinsamen Quantenzustand haben. Hier geht's zur Wissenschaft dahinter. |

| The Digitalization Initiative of the Zurich Higher Education Institutions (DIZH) is looking for interdisciplinary, cross-university projects. Applications close on 12 October. | EduImpulse Day: a catalyst for joint learning |
| On 2 June, over 130 employees gathered at the first EduImpulse Day to shape education in an innovative, interdisciplinary, and future-oriented way. The event offered inspiring short inputs, practical workshops, a keynote speech by Rector Regula Jöhl, and plenty of space for dialogue and networking. The focus was on ‘joint learning’: Collaboration, critical thinking and the willingness to break new ground. |
