The Bellinzona Institutes of Science (Bios+) building is a multidisciplinary research hub in Bellinzona that brings together the Institute for Research in Biomedicine (IRB), the Institute of Oncology Research (IOR), the EOC-USI Institute for Translational Research, all intertwined with Università della Svizzera Italiana. Established to strengthen collaboration between basic science and clinical care and foster graduate training, Bios+ provides shared facilities, coordinated governance, and a collaborative campus that accelerates translational research.

The program brought together experts from research and industry to discuss the latest bioprinting methodologies and applications of advanced cell culture technologies such as organoids and organ-on-chip in combination with the use of animal- and xeno-free media compositions. These developments can help shape more ethical and human-relevant biomedical research.

TEDD Partnership conditions:

• Two people from TEDD Partner organization can attend TEDD events free of charge. Subsequent people from this organization will receive a 50% discount for that event.
• TEDD Partnership period is from January to December of the given year.
• TEDD Partnership extends for the following year unless cancelled.
• TEDD Partner can cancel partnership latest on 30 November of the current year effective next year by sending us an email on info.tedd@zhaw.ch.
